Q. Do we have to collect the gps system from you?
A. No, we use the post office guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm service to deliver it to you.

Q. How do we get it back to you?
A. We provide you with a return label for the delivery box. Just drop it into any post office. The return cost is £6.00 Unfortunately, the post office do not offer a pre paid return label system and the return cost has been reflected in our very low hire cost!

Q. Where does the system work?
A. Throughout the UK and Western Europe. Every gps unit has full ground level mapping.

Q. Is it really that simple to use?
A. Yes, just enter the name of the town, the street, and the number you want to get to - then just follow the screen directions and voice guide. If you can use your TV remote control then you shouldn't find our gps units a problem!

Q. What are your opening hours?
A. Monday to Friday 9am to 5.pm. Last minute bookings for "next day" delivery must be in by 4.30pm with a paid deposit.

Q. What gps systems to you hire?
A. We use the TomTom and Mitac 269 gps sat nav systems. Both use the same software and mapping systems.

Q. How good are the maps on these gps sat nav systems?
A. There are only 2 major mapping companies who supply all the companies making satellite navigation systems. The systems we use utilize the one that is commonly accepted as being the best!

Q. How do you manage to charge less than half the price of your competitors?
A. We use the very latest and most sophisticated IT technology available to advertise our services, make bookings, take deposits, and fulfil deliveries. The money we save is passed on to you the customer.
